Eastern Technology Group
The Eastern Technology Group is a Guwahati (Assam) based ISO 9001: 2015 certified IT organization which is one of the pioneer IT business houses of the Northeast. The group founded its division ETGr Computer Education in the year 2000 to help achieve the tremendous need of computer education for all types of recruitment. The objective behind this initiative was to make computer education economical, qualitative and need based in order to cover different sections of the society.
ETGr as a Society
In 2001, the group formed another division named ETGr Education Society which is a non-profitable education society working for the betterment of the weaker section of the society by providing skill development training. Under this society, a wide range of programs like Hardware and Software programs along with vocational courses such as Mobile Repairing, Stenography and Spoken English are offered.
ETGr EDUCATION
We would like to introduce ourselves as "ETGr Computer Education "(ISO 9001:2015 certified, a division of Eastern Technology Group ) where our main aim is not to make computer education economical but also qualitative and need based. So, that it can cover different sections of society.
We are one of the most well equipped computer centers of the North East, located at the center area of Guwahati city, in Assam, providing all the Computer Software, Hardware & Networking courses, Spoken English with Personality Development and Call Center Training, Mobile Repairing, Stenography etc. Along with that we also provide globally recognized courses like MCSE, CCNA, and RHCE. "ETGr has set new standards in the IT field as well as vocational training by providing quality teaching, placements & successful career.

Within a short span of time our institute graded and many students passed out with flying colors and at the same time the students were satisfied with the teaching techniques. We have two branches of education sector, located centrally at Guwahati , the gateway of North East state . One is located at A.I.D.C, opposite Doordarshan Kendra and the other one is at Bhangagarh , GMCH road, ( with 1400 to 1600 sq.ft. area respectively) Further we would like to add that we are a part of well known IT organization " Eastern Technology Group" , which is related with IT solutions, like Hardware, Networking and Servicing. It is associated with reputed companies like HP, Dell, Microsoft, D-Link, Cisco, etc.

We envisage a society where unemployment is no more a curse. ETGr garners its resources by providing computer and vocational education to its clients in the corporate and government sectors and through its sponsor partners, various social activities and donation.
ROLE PLAY AS NGO
Being a not-for-profit NGO, ETGr Education Society offers its services focusing on education and training of unemployed youths. The sole objective is to combat against unemployment and provide support to the weaker section of the society through education. The services provided by us include training and certification of the students. We provide complimentary Spoken English classes to vernacular medium students. We also arrange free computer (software & hardware) and vocational training classes to economically backward students. Our programs equip teachers and students with the latest competitive modules which are proven effective for the current industry. After completion of courses, students are given certification to enable them to seek employment opportunities.
